One of my all-time favorite dining experiences was thirty years ago at a nondescript hole-in-the-wall trattoria in Florence called Coco Lezzone.
Tonight we found its Idaho cousin: Steamers.
The best rainbow trout and Idaho mashed potatoes we ever ate.
