Obama is meeting with the wrong prospective candidates. (Sooner or later we will have a qualified female candidate. It will not be Elizabeth Warren but more likely Republican Nikky Haley.)
The most likely Democrat nominee for president in 2020, opposing Trump, will be either Former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe or Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. (Electing McAuliffe would be tantamount to putting Bill and Hillary back into the White House.)
McAuliffe and Hickenlooper both enjoy the support of many of the power-networkers that attend Bilderberg, with whom each has rubbed shoulders, McAuliffe in 2017, Hickenlooper this past weekend.
Since its founding in 1954, Bilderberg has traditionally been a proving ground for politicians with top-leadership aspirations in the United States and Western Europe, and where such politicians, "tapped" to attend, find corporate sponsorship and hence the money they need to launch viable campaigns.
